Código do projeto | PVC4GAS – NORTE-01-0202-FEDER-11447

Goals

The project comprises a PVC4GAS consórsio between two companies, W2V, ENDUTEX SA and SA in collaboration with the center of technology transfer, CVR-Center for the recovery of waste.

The presence of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) results in an industrial waste recycling problem, especially when contemplating a heat treatment. Making it essential the prior removal of chlorine from PVC waste, to enable further energy recovery in processes such as gasification.

The recycling by thermal processes of decomposition and pyrolytic conditions or partial oxidation is the subject of study in this project.
